Michael Goodwin did a great service by pointing out that Sens. Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand are consistently voting against the best interests of the majority of the people who they allegedly represent (“Health Alarm Finally Rouses Mike and Gov,” Dec. 9).

Are voters here paying attention? The same is true of most state congressmen.

The very people who supposedly represent us don’t give a damn about us.
