May our thoughts be with the victims of the India blasts (“Mumbai Massacre,” Nov. 28).
The cowards who did this will never put fear in people’s lives. Instead, we march forward carrying the torch of freedom.

When will the world’s people come together for the sake of civilization?
Maybe some groups think that America and England can be annihilated by terrorists and that the last man standing will be the victor of the ruins.
In at least 50 days, President Bush’s term will wind down and Barack Obama will have to face the music and be criticized if mistakes arise.

I’m so confused. I thought that the terrorists only hated President Bush and his administration and that when Obama was elected they would lay down their arms and embrace us for making the right choice for “change.”
Obama practically won every presidential poll taken in the Mideast, Europe and India, and even al Qaeda supported him, wanting Bush humiliated.
So why are Islamic terrorists attacking US and British citizens in India?
Next, we’ll be reading that the French are still being rude to US tourists even though Obama won France’s presidential poll by 32 points.
I’m not worried, though. Obama will end all of this with a statement from The Office of the President-Elect any day now.

It’s interesting that people seem surprised by these acts of terrorism perpetrated against Westerners.
If the Western nations, such as England and the United States, would cease meddling in Muslim affairs, as they’ve been doing for at least a couple of centuries now, the atrocities would cease as well.
If we continue our interference, I assure everyone that the massacres will continue.

Can a civilized individual confront a jungle lion and attempt to establish a dialogue with the beast to discourage being eaten alive?
Enough, already.
The deranged Islamists must be hunted and destroyed.
