In Peggy Noonan’s review of Donald Rumsfeld’s book, she rants and raves about weapons of mass destruction, 9/11 and how everyone was to blame for not killing Osama bin Laden (“No Defense, Secretary,” PostScript, March 13).

What about the fact that it was President Bill Clinton who would not give the order to kill bin Laden when we had the chance?

I guess she missed that when she threw the book against the wall.
