In the wake of the Nov. 13 Paris terrorist attacks, the NYPD is beefing up its presence across New York City. News of the carnage prompted the swift deployment of officers to tourist hotspots around the Big Apple. Following the slaughter in the City of Light, ISIS released a video threatening New York City, a move that the NYPD said reiterates the city’s designation as a top target for terrorists.
