Bush, along with his wife Robin, are in contract to sell their floor-through 620 Park Ave. co-op just three weeks after listing it for $11.97 million.
The couple bought the Upper East Side home for $9.16 million in 2013.
The three-bedroom spread is gut-renovated and includes a custom walnut library, limestone fireplace mantels, a formal dining room, custom cabinets and an eat-in kitchen.
The prewar building was designed by J.E.R. Carpenter.
The listing brokers are Corcoran’s Cathy Franklin, Alexis Bodenheimer and Marion Smith.
