After a year of design and renovations, a corner penthouse duplex at Miami’s luxe Residences by Armani/Casa — where soccer player Radamel “El Tigre” Falcao also has a place — just hit the market for $18.5 million.

The Giorgio Armani-designed, beachfront building in Sunny Isles Beach was finished only three years ago, and boasts posh amenities like a residents-only restaurant, a resort-style pool and beach area, a gym with ocean views, a spa, a salon and a movie theater.

The stunning penthouse, which stretches over 8,700 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, features 21-foot soaring ceilings, ocean and city views, an Armani/Casa-designed kitchen and Italian-stone finishes.

With five spacious bedrooms and a glass elevator to the second level, the residence’s main attraction is a rooftop “backyard,” decked out with a private swimming pool, summer kitchen and lounge area.

Ian Reisner is marketing the “best views on the beach” penthouse with Gil Dezer’s Dezer Platinum Realty.
