Not all Bronfman heirs use their millions to support cults!

Jeremy Bronfman – whose cousin Clare Bronfman gave $14 million to support the sex cult NXIVM – just dropped $29.4 million on a lavish Santa Monica compound for him and his wife, Stephanie Beck Bronfman.

Bronfman, the 34-year-old grandson of the late billionaire Edgar Bronfman Sr., and son of Matt Bronfman, the Manhattan-based billionaire investor, bought the 1.1-acre compound that, according to Dirt.com, features a 1920s Spanish Colonial-style mansion with about 8,000 square feet of space.

There are “formal lawns,” a bocce court, a motor court with room for more than a dozen cars, a three-car garage, a pool and a separate spa.

The house itself has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and the lawn abuts the Riviera Country Club’s golf course.

The estate, which is completely hidden from the street, also boasts vegetable gardens, mountain views and several fountains.

The house last sold in 2006 for $10.5 million to fashion designer Moise Emquies and his longtime wife Carol Ann Emquies, who recently divorced.

Before purchasing the compound, the Bronfmans rented a mansion a few blocks away for $30,000 a month.
