The 75th-floor unit, a combination of two adjacent condos that has five bedrooms over 5,327 square feet, was last on the market for $38.5 million. It listed for that price in August of 2019.

The final sale price isn’t yet known.

The seller was Joseph Levine.

The stately home was renovated by top designer Juan Montoya. It features high ceilings, custom lighting and millwork, oodles of marble and onyx — and views of Central Park.

The penthouse opens to a marble and onyx foyer with touches of lapis lazuli, wood and bronze — and a gallery area to display art. Nearby, there’s an onyx and tiger’s eye powder room with a rock crystal sink and a vaulted ceiling.
