There’s a new record for a home sale in Brooklyn.
A Red Hook townhouse sold for $4.35 million, which marks the highest price paid for property in the riverfront neighborhood.
A doctor, Robert Buka, bought the building through a trust. He was repped by Nest Seekers’ Darryl Sherman.
The seller bought the pricey pad, at 156 Beard St., for $1.55 million in 2016.
The three-bedroom spread is 4,320 square feet. It features water views, a terrace, roof deck and a yard.
In addition, the modern-looking home includes a parking garage with a Tesla electric charger and custom-built cabinetry.
The listing brokers are RoseAnne Degliuomini and Joseph Vassallo, of Compass.
