The British couple who raffled off two Italian dream homes in the past year – a $517,000 vacation home in Tuscany, and a $250,000 fully furnished townhouse in Piazza Calabro – have another to give away, all in the name of charity.

Their latest, a four-bedroom, four-bath home in Garfagnana, Tuscany, is surrounded by a huge garden and features a swimming pool and breathtaking views. The recently refurbished home in the northern part of the region also boasts a new kitchen and fireplace with dual aspect windows, double doors leading to the lower terrace with views of the surrounding mountains.

Tickets for the January 22, 2022, raffle can be bought at www.winhousesinitaly.com and the winning ticket includes the deed to the house, cost of transfer taxes and legal fees, flight, car, and short accommodation to sign over the paperwork.

There are “no strings attached on house usage” — it can be for personal use, resold, or used as a rental property, according to the contest rules.
