Financier Rameez Saleh and his wife Manon Roux, the co-founder of shopping app Countr, paid $8.55 million for a Cobble Hill townhouse at 88 Amity St., according to public records.

The charming Brooklyn neighborhood is home to stars like actors Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz, and singer Norah Jones.

The couple’s new home is one of the eight Polhemus Townhouses at River Park, a new development that replaced the Long Island College Hospital complex and is made up of seven residential properties, a private park, a school and an urgent care center run by NYU Langone.

The sale price of 88 Amity makes it the second-priciest home sale in the neighborhood, topped only by photographer Jay Maisel’s $15.5 million purchase of 177 Pacific St. in 2015, says Douglas Elliman broker Alex Maroni, who listed both homes.

88 Amity is 5,300 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
