We hear … that two Toll Brothers City Living penthouses sold in two weeks.

The first, at 400 Park Ave. South — designed by Pritzker Prize winner Christian de Portzamparc, of One57 fame — went for $10 million while another penthouse at 55 W. 17th St., designed by Morris Adjmi, sold for $14.6 million.

This West 17th Street 4,811 square foot duplex comes with a 2,141-square-foot terrace with an outdoor pool — along with four bedrooms, and 5½ bathrooms. It was asking $15.24 million.

The 400 Park Ave. South penthouse, on the 39th floor, is 3,592 square feet and comes with four bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms. It was asking $10.9 million. Building amenities here include a concierge service, “sky lounge” with outdoor space, a garden courtyard, residents’ lounge, media room, children’s playroom, screening room, golf simulator, conference room and gym with a lap pool, jacuzzi, yoga room, spin room and steam room.
