Smart is the new hot for Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez.

The baseball star was spotted house-hunting with Anne Wojcicki, the brainy ex-wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin. Wojcicki, a Yale grad, is the CEO and co-founder of genomics firm 23andMe.

Wojcicki, who accompanied A-Rod to Tampa for spring training, joined Rodriguez for a Manhattan real estate tour.

The two were checking out apartments in the $35,000-a-month range at his old stomping grounds, 15 Central Park West, where, according to 2014 reports, Rodriguez was allegedly banned from returning because he brought in too many hookers.

One of the units of interest was a 2,241-square-foot, two-bedroom, 3½-bathroom unit in the building, on the 10th floor, that is currently on the market for $35,000.

Another unit rented this week; it’s a two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit that was most recently on the market for $23,000 a month.

That 2,367-square-foot apartment was asking $42,000 a month — with no takers — just last year.
