Here’s a listing that lights up the page.

Actress Zina Jasper has listed her Upper West Side apartment, where she has lived for 46 years, for $2.19 million.

Jasper, who was in “Crimes and Misdemeanors” and played a judge on “Law & Order,” is also an acting coach.

She bought the co-op in the Schwab House at 11 Riverside Drive for less than $100,000. Jasper was able to buy the apartment thanks to a hand-me-down lamp. The item, given to her by a friend, turned out to be a one-of-a-kind Tiffany’s lamp, which she sold to make a down payment on this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

Star features include a windowed kitchen and an 18-foot gallery that connects the dining area to the living room.

Building amenities include a doorman, elevator operators, concierge, valet, garage, playroom, bike room, courtyard, storage and two landscaped decks. Bring your architect, the listing notes.

Lawrence Rich, of Compass, is the listing broker.
