The couple, according to downmarket gossip rags, reportedly are facing marriage troubles shortly after the birth of their daughter, Dusty Rose.

Miley Cyrus, a fellow judge on “The Voice,” is said to be part of the trouble between the lovely couple, according to similar gossip reports.

Lucio sold his shoe company, Dolce Vita Footwear, to Steve Madden’s eponymous company for a reported $60.3 million in 2014.

Lucio’s new one-bedroom, two-bathroom, full-floor unit, which comes with direct elevator access, is 2,800 square feet.

It features original details, including columns, exposed brick walls, oversized windows and a tin ceiling.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen and spa-like bathrooms.

The apartment is at 112 Greene St., a six story co-op on a cobblestone block between Spring and Prince streets.

Adam Mahfouda and Jules Borbely of Oxford Property Group marketed this listing. Town Residential’s Prince Dockery represented the buyer, Lucio.

It was on StreetEasy for a mere 76 days.
