When Adele isn’t “Rolling in the Deep” at Madison Square Garden this week, she’s rolling in NYC real estate, sending her reps to inquire about short-term rentals.

The showstopper among them was a 5½-bedroom “sky” duplex at 234 E. 23rd St., which was recently renovated — but sadly, not fast enough for the superstar singer.

The massive home is adorned with three terraces and is about to hit the market for $12.5 million, via Town Residential broker Steve Gold.

Building amenities include a hotel-style library with a pool table and a rooftop space outfitted with a BBQ and outdoor kitchen.

(They should have thrown in a recording booth.)
