Elite Media founder Christopher Crawford, who just created a Kevin Durant spot for American Family Insurance, is renting a penthouse at 92 Morningside Ave, a prewar Beaux Arts building in Harlem (its second priciest) for $15,000 a month.
The eighth-floor, 2,535-square-foot unit features four bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms and overlooks Morningside Park. Crawford’s offices are in a brownstone that he owns on 131st Street.
“This is an amazing community. This is where I live and go to church. If I went downtown for luxury and lost my community then that wouldn’t be luxury and it wouldn’t be home,” Crawford tells Gimme Shelter.
Building amenities include a pet spa, residents’ lounge, bike storage and a gym.
It’s between West 122nd and 123rd streets.
Halstead Property Development Marketing handled the building’s leasing and marketing.
