Amanda “Binky” Urban — the literary agent and ICM partner dubbed “the most powerful woman in publishing” — and her husband, New Yorker journalist and author Ken Auletta, are listing their full-floor spread at 132 E. 72nd St. for $3.35 million.
They bought the home for $2 million in 2010, according to property records.
A private elevator landing opens directly into the renovated, prewar apartment, which comes with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
The living and dining rooms boast open city views, and are separate from the private bedroom wing.
There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, herringbone floors and yes, of course, a book-lined study. (If only those walls could talk.)
The literary couple unsurprisingly enjoy a book-lined study. MWStudio
