Fashion designer Alexander Wang is back on the real-estate prowl.

This time, he’s looking for a temporary rental until he moves into his smashing new West Chelsea loft — after recently selling his apartment at 39 Worth Street, a one-bedroom that was most recently on the market for $3.5 million.

The talented designer was recently spotted checking out a loft at 46 Laight St. The five-bedroom, 4½-bathroom unit is asking $29,500 a month furnished, and $27,500 a month unfurnished.

It comes with a terrace, hardwood floors and high ceilings.
