Fashion designer Alexander Wang just sold his Tribeca pad at 39 Worth St. for $3.5 million.
The buyer is Shauna Liu, according to city property records.
Wang is relocating to West Chelsea, sources tell The Post.
The third-floor loft — which was asking $3.75 million earlier this year — is 2,550 square feet. Wang bought it from journalist Holly Brubach for $2 million in 2010.
The unit features one bedroom, with a large dressing room, and two bathrooms.
The charming apartment comes with restored tin ceilings, and other prewar details like exposed white brick along with modern touches, such as ebony-stained hardwood floors and electric shades on the oversized windows. There’s also a chef’s kitchen and a large living/dining/entertaining space.
The boutique building has just two co-ops per floor.
The listing brokers are Alex Nicholas and Andrew Fink, of Corcoran.
