Funny lady Amy Schumer is moving on up — to a $12.1 million penthouse, according to the Real Deal.

Her new digs at West 91st Street and Riverside Drive are not far from her old penthouse by the Museum of Natural History at West 80th St. That classic apartment is still on the market for $1.6 million.

Her new apartment is a spacious 4,500 square feet over two floors and comes with five bedrooms — and a coveted parking spot.

Schumer loves the Upper West Side so much that she posted a video about her trek to temple to celebrate the New Year last month with her best pal.

She had also been looking at mansions on the West Side but prefers the “security and convenience” of a condo, sources said.
