CBS 2 News anchor Chris Wragge has listed his camera-ready Upper West Side condo for $2.49 million.

The renovated unit, at 223 W. 80th St., features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The elevator opens directly into the apartment, which has classic exposed-brick walls, new dark-stained wood floors and a living/dining area with lots of windows.

He bought the unit more than 10 years ago for $1.78 million, records show. Wragge and his wife, Sarah, had a baby last year.
