Home is where the broken heart is.

Following her highly publicized split from Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie has placed an offer on a historic estate in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood, according to Variety.

This offer comes mere weeks after Jolie eyed this 1913-built Beaux Arts mansion — formerly the home of Cecil B. DeMille, the “founding father of US cinema” — as a post-divorce base for her and her six children, as Page Six exclusively reported.

However, Variety notes it’s not clear whether a sale will be finalized.

The estate, which is located on 2.1 acres in gated Laughlin Park and around is about a mile from Pitt’s home, is listed for $24.95 million.

It seems that it was love at first sight. Spies told Page Six last month that Jolie “wants to make this her new home.”

The estate, which underwent a six-year renovation, encompasses a total of 11,000 square feet, with the main house alone standing at 7,500 square feet. Inside, period details include crown and picture moldings, high ceilings and a wood-paneled formal dining room. Listing images also show a library, a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and arched windows that overlook the manicured grounds.

The property also comes with a guest house, a pool house with a gym and a small tea house located next to an outdoor pool.

Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland is representing this listing.
