Retired publicist David Granoff, who repped the late Playboy model-turned-reality television fixture Anna Nicole Smith, is selling his Miami Beach pad for $299,000.

Granoff started his career in the mailroom of Dance Magazine and After Dark before working for a firm that handled Grace Jones, Iman and a young Tom Cruise.
