Pregnant actress Anne Hathaway and hubby Adam Shulman have bought a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, $2.55 million penthouse on the Upper West Side.

The 1,200-square-foot abode is at 18 W. 74th St., according to the Real Deal, which first reported the sale.

Their new home comes with a wood-burning fireplace and a terrace.

The building was developed in 1904 by the Clark family, which also built the Dakota.

Hathaway has another home in LA.
