The pair bought the condo for $3.35 million in 2014.

Located at 40 E. 94th St., the apartment is a sprawling 2,238 square feet and is marketed as a flexible spread with space for up to five bedrooms.

It features separate bedroom wings and overlooks a tree-lined courtyard.

Of course, there’s also a spiffy chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, like a six-burner stove. The roster of building amenities includes a full-time concierge, a gym, a terrace garden, and a bike room.

The listing broker is Stribling’s Elizabeth Fishman.
