The former home of late chef and television personality Anthony Bourdain, and his estranged wife Ottavia Busia, is in contract for close to its $3.3 million asking price.
It first went on the market for $3.7 million in September 2018, StreetEasy shows, just three months after Bourdain took his own life in France.
