Architect and urban planner Alexander Cooper has listed his Southampton home for $2.99 million.
From designing and planning Hudson Yards, Battery Park City and the Times Square Theater District to the expansion of the Museum of Modern Art, the 82-year-old architect (via his firm Cooper Robertson) has created some of the city’s great public spaces.
