Architect and urban planner Alexander Cooper has listed his Southampton home for $2.99 million.

From designing and planning Hudson Yards, Battery Park City and the Times Square Theater District to the expansion of the Museum of Modern Art, the 82-year-old architect (via his firm Cooper Robertson) has created some of the city’s great public spaces.

That magic and design sensibility is evident in Cooper’s home at 659 Hill St. in Southampton Village.

The charming 1920s spread comes with three bedrooms, several fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen and specimen trees, all on 0.37 acres.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Priscilla Garston.
