Leyva, who designed both the building and its interiors, bought the unit for $3.91 million in 2014, records show.

Known for building some of the city’s glassiest towers, Leyva is the architect behind The Charles, The Greenpoint and 196 Orchard. The 30th-floor, 1,795-square-foot unit comes with Venetian plaster, a chef’s kitchen custom made in Vienna and views from the East River to Central Park.

Building amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a gym, a playroom, an outdoor garden patio and storage.

The listing broker is Corcoran’s Blu Toth.
