One of the first high-profile purchases in the architecturally pedigreed 20 East End Ave. has been made by art-adviser Jessica Chestman, of Chestman Art.
She has snapped up a “family-sized” unit for her three boys and husband at this Robert A.M. Stern-designed tower on the far East Side.
No official word on the price (available units start at $4.49 million and reach upwards of $20 million).
Chestman, we hear, loves the high ceilings for the family’s art collection and the building’s amenities.
Her brokers were Michele Kleier, Sabrina Kleier Morgenstern and Samantha Kleier Forbes.
