Grammy Award-winning songstress Ariana Grande’s former rental in a High Line condo is in contract and about to close.

The residence is at 520 W. 28th St., the shapely building designed by starchitect Zaha Hadid. First asking around $16 million, it will sell for around $12 million, sources say. 

The mystery buyer also plunked down $1.4 million for two parking spots.

The 4,023-square-foot unit comes with five bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and 1,361 square feet of outdoor space with views of the Empire State Building.

There’s also a great room with views over the High Line and Chelsea, a chef’s kitchen and an open dining room/family area, and Hadid’s signature curved-glass windows and lacquered wall-paneling.

The building has 39 units, and residents have included rocker Sting and his wife, producer Trudie Styler, who rented in the building while they complete work on their spread at 220 Central Park South, known as the billionaires’ bunker on Billionaire’s Row.

Last year, Wesley Edens, chairman of the private equity firm Fortress Investment Group, and co-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks, bought a $20 million penthouse at 520 W. 28th St. Building amenities include the city’s first private IMAX theater and an entertaining space with a terrace.

There’s also a 75-foot pool, a gym and a spa suite with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and cold plunge.
