Art broker/dealer Judith Hess, a rumored former gal pal of Prince Andrew, has put her new condo at 5 Franklin Place on the market for $4.49 million.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom unit is 1,967 square feet.

It comes with white-oak floors and a chef’s kitchen.

The seventh-floor unit currently showcases artworks by Richard Prince and Jeff Koons, among others. It is also on the market as a $14,000-a-month rental.

Last year, lawyer Aaron Richard Golub, who has represented Donald Trump and produced the Edie Sedgwick biopic “Factory Girl,” filed a $275,000 lawsuit against Hess, who runs Jude Hess Fine Arts, claiming she stiffed him on legal fees for the sale of a Monet painting.

(She received a $1 million payout from the deal.)

Golub sued for his $25,000 fee plus $250,000 for Hess’ “bald-faced lies, misrepresentations, malice and abuse,” The Post reported.

Golub later withdrew the case.

The listing broker is Michael Bolla, of Luxury Lofts & Homes International.
