Artist Tony Oursler’s childhood home upstate in Nyack is on the market following a price drop — for $1.95 million.

The seven-bedroom, Hudson River-front home, at 2 La Veta Place, is on about half an acre.

Oursler’s parents, Noel and Fulton, a former Reader’s Digest exec, are the sellers.

The late actress Helen Hayes was their next-door neighbor.

The Ourslers hosted parties that included Hayes and actresses Lillian Gish, Arlene Dahl and Carol Channing.

This Queen Anne Victorian home features a gourmet chef’s kitchen with cherry cabinets and Frank Lloyd Wright-designed leaded glass, a paneled library with built-ins, two fireplaces and a skylit tower room.

The home first asked $2.2 million in 2014. The Ourslers bought the home for $38,000 in 1956.

The listing broker is Sharon Knizeski, of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty.
