Artist Eric Fischl has sold his 3,300-square-foot artist’s studio at 37 Greene St. in Soho for $4.75 million.

The full-floor loft features Corinthian columns, 13-foot ceilings and oversize windows.

Fischl and his wife, artist April Gornik, spend most of their time in Sag Harbor.

“The provenance of a legendary artist in a classic and untampered SoHo loft made this property impossible to duplicate,” said Douglas Elliman’s Bruce Ehrmann.

The listing brokers were Ehrmann and Andrew Anderson.
