Buenos Aires-born contemporary artist Eugenio Cuttica has just bought a home at 12 Whitebrook Drive in Flanders, NY, just east of Riverhead, for $1.3 million.
That’s the highest-priced sale in the hamlet, known as the home of the big duck.
The mod-looking 3,000-square-foot home — which features four bedrooms and fireplaces — is bound to offer plenty of inspiration.
The 40-acre waterfront estate features ponds, a dock, a pool and several “accessory” buildings for studio work.
The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Scott Bennett.
The buyer’s broker was Elliman’s Elizabeth Capozzoli.
