Australian model Elyse Taylor is listing her apartment at 175 E. Second St. for $950,000. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is 740 square feet and comes with a solid fashion provenance. Taylor bought the unit from designer Alexander Wang and his mother Ying Wang.

Taylor, who has worked for Dolce & Gabbana and Tommy Hilfiger, as well as being a face for Estée Lauder, is looking for a bigger space with her fiancé, as they are expecting a baby. The couple — he asked to remain unnamed — also recently sold their unit at 130 Barrow St. in the West Village for $1.05 million.

The prewar condo in the East Village features exposed beams and brick, a decorative fireplace and a renovated open chef’s kitchen. The building includes a unique glass elevator that overlooks an atrium.
