Talk about doubling your money!

In 2005, the widowed Avon heiress Sandra McConnell bought a $7.5 million apartment at One Beacon Court after selling her Sutton Square townhouse for $16.2 million.

Like they say, things come full circle, and she’s now listing the One Beacon Court condo, located at 151 E. 58th St. on the 47th floor, for $14.75 million.

The three-bedroom, 3½- bathroom, nearly 2,700-square-foot unit boasts a Central Park-facing corner living and dining area with 11½-foot ceilings and a custom-designed chef’s kitchen with its own eating area.

You may recognize One Beacon Court for its sprawling 9,000-square-foot penthouse that’s owned by embattled hedge fund titan Steven Cohen, which he relisted in June for $79 million — a major $36 million discount from its asking price when first listed in 2013.
