“Parks and Recreation” star, “Modern Romance” author and all-around funny guy Aziz Ansari is on the hunt to buy a New York City pad.
Ansari and his girlfriend, pastry chef Courtney McBroom, are based in Los Angeles, but are looking to become bicoastal.
The lovebirds were spotted checking out a $4.99 million triplex penthouse unit at Village Green, an eco-friendly project located at 311 E. 11th St. in the East Village. The 1,970-square-foot spread has a 2,000-square-foot private landscaped roof deck with wide city views, a feature the couple reportedly liked.

And on the level below that, there are two bedrooms, one of them the master suite, which has a walk-in closet and two additional closets for storage, floor plans show.

As for building amenities, the LEED Gold-certified Village Green has a round-the-clock attended lobby, lounge, gym, sauna and spa treatment room.
