The sellers, Gerald Hassell, former CEO of the Bank of New York Mellon, and his wife, Anita-Agnes Hassell, have also listed an adjacent 4.37-acre lot for $1.35 million. The two combined are asking $6.25 million.
The home, at 49 Algonquin Drive, is 8,816 square feet and comes with four bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Features include coffered and wood-beamed ceilings, a mahogany-paneled conservatory, a chef’s kitchen, a butler’s pantry and three woodburning fireplaces.
The listing brokers are Nest Seekers’ Ryan Serhant and Claudine Colletti, of Giner Realty.
