Real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran is selling her Upper East Side home for $4.9 million.
The posh Park Avenue pre-war pad is in a classic Rosario Candela co-op and comes with Central Park views.
The corner co-op at 1192 Park Ave. in Carnegie Hill is 2,700 square feet. It comes with three bedrooms overlooking the park, and a “semi-private” elevator landing, according to the listing.
It also boasts hardwood floors, a corner living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a windowed chef’s kitchen with a washer/dryer, lots of sunlight and plenty of storage space.
There’s also two maid’s rooms, which have been combined to create a fourth bedroom or a children’s playroom/home office.
Corcoran, who is married to ex-FBI agent William Higgins, has currently decorated in white, with plenty of space to showcase art.
Building amenities include a gym, private storage and a bike room.
The listing brokers are Kerry Martin Verille and Edith Salton, of The Corcoran Group.
Last year, Corcoran picked up a duplex penthouse at 1158 Fifth Ave. for $10 million, as The Post reported exclusively. That penthouse was originally asking $17 million in 2013.
