The snazzy sixth-floor unit, at 4701 Meridian Ave., is 4,255 square feet and boasts four bedrooms, 4½ baths, plus an open layout with ocean and bay views.

Details also include a large chef’s kitchen and a wrap terrace.

The seller bought the condo for $6.2 million in 2021.

Mohawk-sporting real estate and hospitality investor Robert Rivani has also listed his condo in the building for $8.8 million.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, designed by Piero Lissoni, comes with a private marina, a rooftop pool deck with cabanas and a restaurant grill. There’s also a yoga center, a meditation garden, a club room with a pool table, a virtual golf simulator and an art studio.
