Beauty brand guru Sam Ghusson and his wife, Suzanne, are giving another go at selling their Manhattan home.
As co-founder of Batallure Beauty, the award-winning product development and production atelier, Ghusson’s career has included working with stars — including Iman to create her first fragrance.
Now the Ghussons are looking to part ways with their Upper East Side perch for $14.5 million, down from $15 million last year. They bought it for $13 million in 2012, according to property records.
The five-bedroom, 4½-bathroom prewar condo is at 823 Park Ave. between 75th and 76th streets.
