Bed-Stuy is having a moment.
A turn-of-the-century townhouse just sold for $2.1 million, well over the $1.79 million asking price.
The 2,520-square-foot renovated home at 143 Clifton Place comes with a garden, chef’s kitchen and original details including marble fireplace mantels, wide-plank floors and the original mahogany railing and banister.
Listing broker Kathleen Perkins, of Douglas Elliman, declined to comment.
