Belgian model Ingrid Seynhaeve quietly sold her condo at 7 Essex St. for $2.23 million, according to property records.

The sale was recorded in March.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex, located on the border between the Lower East Side and Chinatown, is 2,000 square feet.

It was asking $2.39 million and first hit the market in November 2018. She bought the unit in 2004 for $1.07 million.

It features high ceilings, mahogany wood floors and a 900-square-foot two-level private deck.

Building amenities include a common roof deck with an outdoor grill.

The buyers are listed as Toby and Kaitlin Carter.

Seynhaeve has modeled for Victoria’s Secret, Ralph Lauren and Saks Fifth Avenue.

The listing was represented by four Compass brokers, including Taylor Travaglione, who declined to comment.
