The property that once housed Park Slope’s long-standing (and now-shuttered) Ansonia Chemist pharmacy is hitting the market.

Two three-story walk-ups, 356 and 358 Seventh Ave., are listed as a pair for $7.4 million. (No. 358 was home to the pharmacy.) They feature a combined 7,000 square feet, retail units and four floor-through apartments delivered vacant.

The listing brokers are Stribling’s Joseph Gallagher and Jonathan Mellon.

Corcoran Sunshine’s fourth annual CS Talks launched with a one-night-only light installation at Waterline Square by artist Luigi Cazzaniga.

Events include a “master class” in architecture and design at 40 East End Ave. with Deborah Berke, dean of the Yale School of Architecture.
