This sale sure made a splash!

Argentine-born American billionaire developer Jorge Pérez, founder of The Related Group of Florida, has sold his Park Grove penthouse in Miami — complete with a rooftop pool — for $10 million in an off-market deal, Gimme has learned.

The new-construction Coconut Grove condo comes with five bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms. It features multiple balconies, high ceilings and an eat-in kitchen.

The private roof patio boasts a spa as well as the pool, and views of Biscayne Bay and the Coconut Grove marina.

The design is by top starchitects Rem Koolhaas and OMA in collaboration with Miami’s Arquitectonica; interiors were by Meyer Davis Studio.

The buyer is Daniel Hughes, founding principal of retail brokerage Metro Commercial, according to property records.

Hughes was repped by Jessica Adams, of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty while the seller was repped by Annie de la Rosa of Douglas Elliman.
