Move over, 15 Central Park West.

The city’s most expensive residential building is now 157 W. 57th St., known as the first “billionaires building,” according to a new report from CityRealty.

Price per square foot in the Midtown tower rose to an average of $6,010 this year — compared to the $5,726 at 15 Central Park West, says the report.
