Only in Williamsburg! A luxe spread at Oosten, the development from China-based XIN Development and Halstead Property Development Marketing, is breaking a neighborhood record.

One of its four penthouses — #PH3, a 5,000-square-foot space asking $6.49 million — is in contract for its full asking price, said HPDM broker Robert Lynn.

The penthouse includes six bedrooms and 1,500 square feet of outdoor space with a Jacuzzi.

The purchase even comes with an “expenses-paid trip” to Amsterdam for a personal design consultation with Piet Boon, who is responsible for the building’s luxe interiors.

Oosten has 216 units and is located at 429 Kent Ave.
