West Coast broker Josh Flagg, a star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” and the grandson of late fashion mogul Edith Flagg, has been spotted on the Manhattan house-hunting prowl.

He recently toured a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at the Ritz Tower on Park Avenue and 57th Street, in the Billionaire’s District.

He also checked out a fifth-floor unit at 45 Christopher St. with his partner, Colton Thorn.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom prewar condo is in the heart of Greenwich Village.

It comes with a renovated, windowed eat-in kitchen. The listing brokers are Town Residential’s Bill Kowalczuk and Brett Compton. Flagg has been on quite the personal home-buying spree this year.

Several months ago, he reportedy bought a $5 million manse in Beverly Hills that comes with a 12-car motor court.

That home is 4,889 square feet. Flagg reportedly plans on expanding it to 8,000 square feet, adding a pool and a Hamptons/Nantucket exterior and flipping it for $15 million.

The home comes with big time neighbors, like Sir Paul McCartney.

Earlier this year, Flagg sold his home off of Sunset Strip for $2 million to Nicolas Pakzad, the son of legendary designer Bijan Pakzad. (Who knew Bijan had a last name?!)

Flagg had bought the mini 1,700-square-foot home — it comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms — from David Katzenberg, the son of Jeffrey “DreamWorks” Katzenberg, for $1.6 million in 2013.
