Multi-disciplinary Brazilian artist Maria Lynch, known for her vibrant use of color and her stuffed ragdoll sculptures, is leaving TriBeCa and buying a $2.8 million, three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom pad at 142 N. 1st St., a boutique loft building in Williamsburg.
The 2,571 square foot apartment has exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows and more than 1,500 square feet of private outdoor space. Her broker was Ralph Modica, of Douglas Elliman.
Artists, Modica says, love the light, views and outdoor space that Williamsburg provides.
