Teddy Thompson, the British folk and rock musician (and son of folk rock stars Richard and Linda Thompson), has sold his Greenwich Village digs for $1.36 million.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom condop on the 23rd floor of 60 E. Eighth St. was asking $1.38 million when it listed last October, according to StreetEasy, and snapped up a mere month later.

Thompson bought the unit for $1.1 million in 2008. Amenities include a landscaped roof deck and an outdoor pool.
The listing brokers were Judith Thorn and Joy Grossman of Warburg Realty, who declined to comment.
